Products
All products sold on this website are Pink Himalayan salt.
Products are food-grade, shelf-stable, and do not carry a use-by date.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

Refunds & Returns
We comply fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a replacement or refund if the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order so the matter can be assessed.

At Janana Organic Foods, we take pride in the quality of our products.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept return requests within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In original packaging

Due to the nature of our product (food-grade salt) & food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products unless the item is faulty or damaged.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the return is received and approved.

Order details may be required to assess refund or replacement requests.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
